What you’ll actually be doing:
Lead or assist in leading a crew building high-quality landscape projects
Install outdoor living spaces at a professional level
Work with your team to deliver a strong client experience
Take projects from start to finish — and own the outcome
Operate equipment like skid loaders and other tools safely and effectively
Communicate with team members, clients, and vendors
What it takes to be successful here:
At least 1 years of landscape experience
Ability to help run a crew and keep work moving
Experience with equipment
Strong work ethic — shows up, follows through, and takes ownership
Solid communication skills with both team and clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
