GATHER WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

A well-built outdoor kitchen changes how you use your backyard. Instead of running back and forth from the indoor kitchen during every gathering, you cook, serve, and host outside, with your guests at the counter and your eyes on the grill instead of the screen door. We design and install custom outdoor kitchens for homeowners across Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Cumberland County, building each one to fit the way you actually entertain.

As an outdoor kitchen contractor with two decades of hardscape experience, we approach these projects the same way we approach our paver patios and retaining walls: premium materials, careful construction, and a finished result that holds up to Pennsylvania weather year after year.

CUSTOM OUTDOOR KITCHEN FEATURES

Every outdoor kitchen we build is configured around how you cook and how you host. Standard components include:

• Built-in gas grills from top brands, sized to your typical cooking load

• Built-in smokers and pellet grills for homeowners who do serious slow cooking

• Side burners for sauces, sides, and stovetop work that shouldn't tie up grill space

• Refrigeration including beverage centers, undercounter refrigerators, and ice makers

• Wet bar areas with built-in sinks for prep and cleanup

• Storage drawers and cabinets rated for outdoor exposure

• Counter seating with overhang space for bar stools so guests can sit at the kitchen

• Pizza ovens for properties where wood-fired cooking is part of the plan

The right configuration depends on whether you're grilling weeknight family dinners, hosting larger weekend gatherings, or building toward a full outdoor entertainment hub.

MATERIALS BUILT TO LAST

Outdoor kitchens have to survive Pennsylvania winters, summer humidity, and constant exposure. We build with premium wall stone for the structural shell, paired with stone or porcelain countertops that handle heat, weather, and heavy use. Appliances are stainless steel rated specifically for outdoor installation, and any plumbing and gas connections are run with weather and freeze considerations factored in from the design stage.

SIZED FOR YOUR SPACE AND HOW YOU HOST

Outdoor kitchens range from compact grilling stations to fully equipped entertainment hubs. We design at three general scales depending on the property and how the space will be used.

Compact Grilling Stations

A built-in grill with counter space on either side, storage below, and enough room for prep. Ideal for smaller patios or homeowners who primarily grill for the family.

Mid-Size Entertaining Kitchens

A larger L-shaped or U-shaped layout adding refrigeration, side burners, and counter seating for four to six guests. The right size for homeowners who entertain regularly without needing every feature.

Full Outdoor Kitchen Hubs

The complete experience: grill, smoker, refrigeration, sink, ice maker, counter seating, and integration with surrounding hardscape like a fire pit or pergola. For homeowners building a true outdoor living room.

DESIGNED INTO THE LARGER LANDSCAPE

The best outdoor kitchens don't sit in isolation. They're built into a larger outdoor living space that includes a paver patio underfoot, retaining walls or seat walls defining the area, low-voltage landscape lighting for evening use, and surrounding plantings that soften the structure and tie it into the rest of the yard. When the whole space is planned together, the kitchen feels like an extension of the home rather than a piece of equipment in the yard.

OUR PROCESS

Every outdoor kitchen project starts with a site visit, a conversation about how you cook and entertain, and a review of the surrounding space. From there we develop the design and material selections, confirm appliance choices with you, handle any gas, electric, and plumbing rough-ins, build the structural shell, install the countertops and appliances, and finish with any surrounding hardscape and plantings the project calls for.
