Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
Here’s what to expect working with Red Rock:
Lead crew to build beautiful outdoor spaces with hardscape materials.
Work collaboratively with Red Rock team to deliver an excellent client experience.
Showcase craftsmanship by installing projects at a professional standard.
Achieve a sense of accomplishment by seeing a project through from start to completion.
Drive vehicles and equipment in good condition.
Enhance communication skills with vendors, clients, and coworkers on a daily basis.
We ask that you have the following qualifications:
A willingness to embrace the company’s core values of passion, people, precision, pause, and profit.
Two or more years of previous experience as a hardscape leader.
Experience operating a skid loader, and other power equipment.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
A professional level of competency in hardscape installation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.*
