Previous landscaping experience is helpful, but not required. We'd rather teach technical skills than try to teach work ethic, integrity, and ownership.

Prefer work that is primarily indoors or not physically demanding.
Become easily frustrated when plans change or unexpected challenges come up. Landscaping is hands-on work, and every day brings something a little different.
Prefer working independently rather than collaborating with a crew.
Are uncomfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Don't enjoy learning new skills or receiving feedback to help you improve.
The right person doesn't have to know everything on day one, but they should enjoy working hard, solving problems with a team, and continually learning.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20–25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
